eating Too much tofu could damage kidneys

Tofu is a recognized health good, moderate consumption of tofu really beneficial to human health, but fresh tofu is not better, overdose is also hazardous to health.

Tofu soybean, contain saponins, which can prevent atherosclerosis, and excretion of iodine in the human body. Fresh tofu is very easy to cause to long-term excessive iodine deficiency, iodine deficiency disorders.
